Alfonso González Migoya




Chairman of the Board and General Director of Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A.B. of C.V. Previously he worked for 10 years as Corporate Director in Grupo ALFA. Previously, he was Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance and Administration at Grupo Financiero Bancomer. He worked for 24 years in the CYDSA Group, occupying, among other positions, the Corporate Finance Director and the General Director of the Chemical Division. He is a Board Member of different companies, including Coca-Cola Femsa, (KOF), Femsa, (FEMSA), Mexican Stock Exchange, (BOLSA) Saltillo Industrial Group, (GISSA), Banco Regional de Monterrey (Banregio), Berel and Universidad de Monterrey. He graduated in 1967 from the Institute of Technology and Higher Education of Monterrey as Mechanical Electrician Engineer, with an MBA from Stanford University in 1969. He also attended the Senior Management program at IPADE.

Alfonso Jaime Zabludovsky






President of the Mexican Council of International Affairs (Comexi) since January 2013. Since February 2007, he is the Executive President of the Mexican Council of the Consumer Products Industry, AC (CONMEXICO), an association that brings together 44 of the most important companies of goods of high rotation consumption.

As a public official he served, among other positions, as: Economist in the Economic Research Division of Banco de México (1984 to 1985), Member of the Committee of Economic Advisers of the Presidency of the Republic (1985 to 1988), Deputy Chief of the Negotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), (1990-1994), Assistant Secretary of International Trade Negotiations at the Secretariat of Commerce and Industrial Development (1994-1998), Ambassador of Mexico to the European Union (EU) and Chief Negotiator of the FTA between Mexico and the EU (1998 to 2001). Since 2005 he is Vice President and founding partner of IQOM Business Intelligence, a company specialized in the electronic provision of strategic information on foreign trade.


Francisco Xavier Casanueva






Presidente del Consejo y Director General de Grupo Industrial Saltillo, S.A.B. de C.V.  Anteriormente trabajó 10 años como Director Corporativo en Grupo ALFA. Previamente fué Director General Adjunto a cargo de la dirección de Finanzas y Administración en Grupo Financiero Bancomer.  Colaboró 24 años en el Grupo CYDSA, ocupando entre otros puestos, los de Director Corporativo de Finanzas y Director General de la División Química. Es Consejero de diferentes empresas, entre ellas Coca-Cola Femsa, (KOF),  Femsa, (FEMSA),  Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, (BOLSA) Grupo Industrial Saltillo, (GISSA) Banco Regional de Monterrey (Banregio), Berel y Universidad de Monterrey. Graduado en 1967 del Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey como Ingeniero Mecánico Electricista, con MBA en la Universidad de Stanford en 1969. Cursó también el programa de Alta Dirección en el IPADE.

Alejandro Sepulveda de la Fuente





Law degree from the National University of Mexico and Master of Laws from Columbia University. He is currently a partner in Baker & McKenzie Abogados, and has been since 1995, in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Practices Group of Mexico, focusing mainly on real estate and infrastructure financing projects, corporate structure design, mergers and acquisitions, as well as energy and tourism projects. During his career he has advised on public tenders and has participated in negotiations and execution of complex transaction agreements in corporate matters.

José María González Lorda





Mechanical Engineer Administrator by the Tecnológico de Monterrey. He started his professional career at Procter & Gamble de México occupying various positions in the areas of industrial engineering and project management as well as in manufacturing, sales and marketing. He was General Manager of Mennen de México; General Director of Black & Decker de México and President for Latin America of the same Company. He was President of the National Association of Manufacturers of Domestic

Appliances and actively participated during the negotiation of the FTA. In 1995 he founded JMG Dasein S.A. of C.V. company focused on business optimization. As an entrepreneur he has participated in several projects such as the acquisition and development of Exim del Caribe (Food Service) and the creation of Directo Hispanic Promotions in the United States. He is currently an Advisor and participates in Committees of HSBC Seguros & Pensiones, HSBC Operadora de Fondos, Rotoplas S.A. of C.V. and Member of the Technical Committee of IGS (CKD's).


Markus Kritzler Ring





Markus is in charge of Strategy, Marketing and Innovation at Holcim Mexico. He returned to Mexico after five years at the head of the Group's Corporate Strategy, where he oversaw developing a global strategy, including the evaluation of new investments, divestments and changes in the Group's business model. He was part of the negotiating team for the $ 40 billion merger with Lafarge, including securing the approval of the different competition authorities, especially the European Commission and MOFCOM (China). Once the merger was made public, Markus also led the work team to define the Vision and Strategy of the new company.

Before working at Holcim, Markus was a partner at FGA, an investment banking boutique in Mexico, where he advised on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions. Prior to joining FGA, he led Operations for Ánfora, a porcelain manufacturer in Mexico, with about 1,000 employees.

Markus graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana and received an MBA from the Darden School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.
